Disney+ launched in 2019 with most of Disney’s back catalog, but the platform still hasn’t reached capacity yet. In addition to original content, such as Obi Wan Kenobi and Mrs Marvel, there’s a host of older movies and shows streaming to Disney Plus every month.
In addition to the powers of Obi Wan Kenobi and Ms. Marvelthis month also brings the continuation of star girl, which has nothing to do with the rest of the book. Also, Love Victor – which has been infamous for Hulu – is coming to Disney Plus with a new third season. Plus, all episodes of the Absolutely Incredible The owl house will be released on Disney Plus at the end of the month – stream it and show Disney that they are making a big mistake by only giving it an abbreviated third season!

From Disney: Family Reboot follows families who have become so busy with their individual lives, whether due to busy work, back to school, after-school activities, following social media, playing sports or managing a company, that they have lost contact with each other. In each episode, a family takes an entire week away from their busy schedules to go on a journey to reconnect and rebuild family ties. Leaving their phones, laptops and all other devices behind, they have to find their way to their week-long accommodation the old-fashioned way, with just a paper map in hand. Upon arrival, they are greeted by their guide Family Reboot, who welcomes them on their journey and directs them to their first activity, finding their house key for the week. Once families have entered and chosen which rooms they should share, the guide walks parents through how the week ahead can benefit them the most, from finding ways to connect with their children, with each other or both. Over the next few days, it’s more fun and games interspersed with meaningful conversations that families usually haven’t had time to have. All curated by the guide, the week-long trip focuses on working together, communicating and above all having fun, reminding the family to put aside distractions and busy schedules to reconnect and make new memories. Families leave the trip completely “rebooted” – more connected, happier and ready to resume their busy lives at home, but with a whole new perspective.

To go up
From Disney: The public has never seen a story like that of the Antetokounmpos. After migrating from Nigeria to Greece, Charles and Vera Antetokounmpo (Dayo Okeniyi and Yetide Badaki, respectively) struggled to survive and support their five children, while living under the daily threat of deportation. With their eldest son still in Nigeria with relatives, the couple desperately sought Greek citizenship but found themselves undermined by a system that blocked them at every turn. When they weren’t selling items to tourists on the streets of Athens with the rest of the family, the brothers – Giannis (Uche Agada) and Thanasis (Ral Agada) – played basketball with a local youth team. Laggards in sports, they discovered their great abilities on the basketball court and worked hard to become world-class athletes, along with their brother, Kostas (Jaden Osimuwa). With the help of an agent, Giannis entered the 2013 NBA Draft with a long-term prospect that would change not just his life but the lives of his entire family. And last season, Giannis and Thanasis helped bring the Milwaukee Bucks their first championship ring in 50 years, while Kostas played for the previous season’s champions, the Los Angeles Lakers.
